Gearbox

Continuation of my company's three generations of the flat die pellet machine transmission, gear transmission with high precision, equipped with an automatic hydraulic circulating oil system, ensure the service life of the gearbox and the working stability of pellet machine.

Vertical motor

Vertical work, its outstanding characteristic is mounting holes with output shaft as the center, around the shaft equidistant distribution, make the machine run with greater power and stability.

Fan system

Pellet making part

1.The mold and the roller are made by the alloy steel, heat treatment processing are finished by ourselves, hardness is above 52, ensured both the pellet quality and the working life, working by the outside introversion extrusion force, with the centrifugal force combined, increased the capacity also ensured the hardness and density, by the special design of 4-8 rollers, to increase the frequency of extrusion, so the capacity also be increased.

2.The mold is vertical two level design, can increase the working life by the same molding hole diameter in both level, also the customer can choice different molding hole diameter to save the cost of buying new mold for making different size pellet.
