Raw Material of the Wood Pellet Mill

Various kinds of crop straw: cotton stalks, corn stalks, soybean straw,  rice husks, peanut shells, etc.Wood fiber materials: wood shavings, bagasse,bark, bamboo shavings, sawdust,etc. All these 

above materials can be used to make fuel pellets.

1, What is your raw material?

The capacity is different, according to the different raw material (such as wood, hard wood, soft wood, rice husk, cotton stalk,etc.),  

2, What capacity do you need?

The Capacity of our Wood Pellet Machine is: 0.8-1T/h, 1.5-2T/h, 2-3T/h, 3-4T/h. 

3, What is the mositure and size of the raw material?

The moisture should better be10%- 15%.  

The size of raw material should better be 3mm-5mm to make the high quality pellets.

4,  What's size of the final product?

The diameter of final pellets are, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm. The length are adjustable.  The most welcomed length is 30mm, or between 30-36mm.
