Product Description

HKJ series pellet mill is the standard machine for animal feed. The pellet machines have such characters as compact structure, beautiful outline, high output, low energy loss, convenient operation, and reliable capacity etc.

The feed mill has adopted gradeless speed-adjusting motor to feed and installed ferromagnetic magnet system, overload protection device and a limit switch to make sure the security. Besides, there are outer pellet-discharged structure and pressure or oil pump lubrication system.

The feed pellet mill adopts special high-quality materials and advanced coupling shaft drive device. The key components are made of high grad complex alloy steel and have been heat treated by vacuum furnace, which extends the usage life 5-7 times longer.
