 1) 1ton/h Poultry feed pellet making line,this line in fact capacity range:800-1200kg/h,if your raw materials only corn like maize,soybean...the capacity is higher,while if your raw materials mix some grass meal,the capacity is lower.

 (1):Feed hammer mill 

 Before pressing the pellets,the raw materials should be powder,so firstly need to crush it.

 Feed hammer mill can crush the raw materials within 5mm.

 (2)Feed Mixer

If you press some different kinds of raw materials also together mix some  microelement and liquid,need feed mixer to mix fully,we will design the liquid adding system.

Normally there are two kinds of discharge outlet of the feed mixer,if you just buy single feed mixer,we will recomend the man made of discharge outlet,if in animal feed pellet making line,we suggest you to add  pneumatic discharge door.

 (3)Ring die feed pellet mill

This kinds of feed pellet mill can press all different size pellets,from 1.5mm small chicken feed to 15mm cow feed pellets.if you need different size of pellets,just buy another side ring die for spare is ok.

if you need stainless steel ring die,we also can design for you.

For this animal feed pellet making line capacity is the smallest,if you need more big,we can design for you based on the ring die pellet machine capacity.
